ASTL Advocacy Recidivism Prevention Services is an advocacy group committed to assisting individuals pursue expungements and pardons to clear eligible criminal records under South Carolina law. DISCLAIMER- ASTL is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.
We operate based on contributions and provide eligibility screening, document preparation, and advocacy support throughout your process. Prior to starting this process we require a Intake Pre-screening / Consent, Disclosure and Authorization forms to be completed. This form is designed to determine if you may qualify for expungement or pardon under South Carolina Code Title 17, Chapter 22 (Expungement) and SC Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services guidelines.
We also offer services including Recidivism Services, Employment and Re-employment Services, Case Management, Resume Revising / Revision, Credit Repair and Notary Services.
